This recipe comes from my sister Cyndee.  She brought it to a holiday party we had.  Be sure and read how to create this wonderful cheesecake without the cracks.  A great little secret.


Ingredients                                               Cooking time - 45 minutes - 1 hour

2 bars Philly Cream Cheese softened

2/3 cup granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Beat together thoroughly

Add 2 eggs and mix

Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour in 350 oven.


Now for the trick.  There is a French name for this, but what you do is take the unbaked pie and place in a pan a bit larger than the pie that has approximately 1/2" of water.  Doing this will eliminate the dreaded cheesecake cracks during baking..
