Cooking time - 45 minutes
2 cans creamed corn
1 ream of saltine crackers
1/4 cup of milk
In a medium oven proof bowl or corning casserole dish,
crumble enough saltines to line bottom of bowl. Pour 1 1/2 cans of
corn over crackers. In remaining corn in can add eggs and milk.
Mix thoroughly and pour into bowl. Mix well. Crumble crackers
over top to completely cover top (don't be stingy).
Place covered dish in oven at 350 degrees for
approximately 45 minutes. Allow to cool for five minutes before
serving. Double recipe for large groups.
