Keebler Cookie Delight

This recipe has been a favorite of my family for years.  I got it when I was living in North Dakota about 10 years ago.  It is quick, simple and oh so yummy.  A perfect after dinner dessert.

Ingredients

1 small box vanilla Jell-O instant pudding

2 cups Buttermilk

2 cups Cool Whip whipped topping

1 small can crushed pineapple

1 package Keebler Fudge Stripe Cookies

 

In medium bowl mix pudding and buttermilk until thoroughly mixed.  Fold in Cool Whip.  Add pineapple (drained) and again mix well.  Take one row of cookies and crush adding to mixture.  Once completely mixed garnish with more crushed cookies.

 

I usually double this recipe for groups over 8.  It goes over big and is gone before you know it. :-)
